I’ve been doing this for a few years now, so this should be no surprise: here’s an editable list of my top albums of 2015. Here’s a quick breakdown of star ratings and whatnot:
The number of stars (out of 5) represents a couple of things: how much I enjoy the album, how much I listen to it, and how good I feel that it is overall. A lot of a total rating for an album goes into how many stars out of 5 each song gets, and then how that averages for the entire album. This makes it more fair, as an album with an amazing song or two obviously won’t beat out an album that is consistently amazing throughout. If something tanked rating wise, just know that it didn’t click well with me for whatever reason; it doesn’t necessarily mean that I hate it with the heat of a thousand suns.
Now that the formalities are out of the way, let’s get to the list of the albums, shall we??
